In recent years there has been an increasing trend to better understand the benefits of WBC in a sporting context. Several national bodies have been looking into the how WBC can improve performance by helping athletes recover quicker in order to train harder. In addition, injuries and the management of them play a significant role in athletes preparation. WBC can significantly reduce recovery time and help athletes get back to training quicker.
