There is a growing awareness and acceptance amongst professional sports
bodies of the benefits of Whole Body Cryotherapy (WBC). Probably the most publicised of these would be the Welsh Rugby Union team who had training camps in Poland prior to the 2011 Rugby World Cup and the 2012 Six Nations where Wales achieved the Grand Slam.

The Welsh team have long been advocates of WBC. Their levels of fitness and stamina have been world class and this can be attributed to their
